China Security & Protection Conducts Training for Emergency Safety Awareness Educators

I. Background and Objectives

As emergency management becomes increasingly vital, China Security & Protection (CSP), with the support of its Publicity and Education Center, has launched a specialized training program for emergency safety awareness educators. This initiative aligns with the directive outlined in the Implementation Plan for Promoting Safety Awareness in Five Key Areas, aiming to enhance the professional expertise and operational capabilities of grassroots educators. Through systematic learning and hands-on drills, participants will gain proficiency in the core knowledge and essential skills of emergency safety education. The ultimate goal is to effectively implement safety awareness programs across enterprises, rural areas, communities, schools, and households—establishing a comprehensive, multi-layered social safety network. This initiative seeks to elevate public awareness and improve society's overall ability to respond to emergencies.

II. Opening Ceremony

The opening ceremony was solemn and vibrant, featuring speeches from Chen Xulong, Director of the Publicity and Education Center, and Kong Lingyu, General Manager of China Security & Protection Education Industry Development Group.

Chen Xulong emphasized that emergency safety awareness education has become a critical line of defense in protecting people's lives and property. This training program aims to cultivate a professional and systematic team of emergency safety educators.

Kong Lingyu expressed the full support of CSP Group for this initiative. 1. Guo Jian: "Enhancing Grassroots Emergency Management Capabilities"

Guo Jian, former Director of the Exhibition and Education Department at the Ministry of Emergency Management's Publicity and Education Center, delivered a comprehensive lecture on enhancing grassroots emergency management capabilities. Drawing from his extensive experience and expertise, he provided a systematic analysis of key strategies and practices in the field.

2. Zhang Yun: "Professional Ethics for Emergency Safety Educators" & "Methods for Emergency Safety Awareness Campaigns"

Zhang Yun, an expert from the Expert Pool of the Shaanxi Provincial Emergency Management Department, delved into the core concepts and scope of professional ethics for emergency safety educators in the "Professional Ethics for Emergency Safety Educators". He highlighted the importance of integrity and responsibility.

In the "Methods for Emergency Safety Awareness Campaigns" session, Zhang Yun showcased exemplary promotional materials, explained key design and production techniques, and proposed tailored strategies for different scenarios.

3. Li Jinfu: "Emergency Safety Awareness in Schools and Households"

Li Jinfu, a Senior/Instructor/Assistant Engineer in "Forest Firefighting" certified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, focused on promoting emergency safety awareness in schools and households. He analyzed the psychological characteristics of students across different age groups and proposed a tiered educational strategy. Additionally, he introduced various methods for household emergency safety education and provided guidance on family emergency supply storage.

4. Wang Jun: "Emergency Safety Awareness in Communities, Rural Areas, and Enterprises"

Wang Jun, a lecturer at the Emergency Rescue Promotion Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management, delivered an in-depth and systematic presentation on promoting emergency safety awareness in communities, rural areas, and enterprises. He proposed a series of practical and effective strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of each environment.

Each group conducted simulated demonstrations of emergency safety awareness education, focusing on the "Five Key Areas" of safety promotion.
