-Message to the Guarding Services Department evaluation work for 2024

The work of 2024 is over. Looking back at the year that is about to become history, we cannot help sighing that time flies and waits no man. Over the past year, every hardworking person has been racing against time, chasing their desires and dreams. In different positions at CSP, a group of outstanding employees have emerged, winning glory and honors for the company. In addition, the old employees who have been with the company for years have held fast to their positions uncomplainingly, sharing weal and woe with the company, and continuing to write a brilliant chapter of CSP people.
In order to commend supervisors and employees who had made outstanding performance in 2024, the Guarding Services Department conducted evaluation work. Upon democratic voting and review by the department, 4 outstanding supervisors, 27 outstanding employees, 4 employees with “Ten-year Contribution” and 22 with “Five-year Contribution” were finally selected. The honorary certificates issued represent the recognition of the hard work of the winners and the expectations for their future performance.

Our front-line employees have always stuck to their posts, actively responding to the work pressure from clients and various tasks assigned by the company without complaints. Their hard work has not only allowed the company’s performance to grow steadily, but also significantly improved the company’s image.
The project managers who serve as CSP’s mainstay are equally admirable. They have a deep affection for the company. In the boring and complicated work process, they could always find the right strategy to bring the project participants together. In completing each task, they could always stay focused on CSP’s overall interests and consider employee needs. Their serious and down-to-earth attitude towards any task is the most reassuring for the company.
They have explained what real leadership is with practical actions. Through their dedication and hard work, they have not only brought fruitful results to CSP, but also set good examples for employees.

In addition to the above personnel, we have a group of old employees who have been with CSP for more than ten years. Over the past decade, they have held fast to their posts and demonstrated their loyalty and love for CSP with practical actions. Blossoms in spring turn into fruits in autumn. Over the past decade, our old employees have traversed a momentous journey, witnessed the growth and transformation of CSP and made great contributions to our stable development. Their experience, wisdom and diligence constitute our most valuable resources. They have set good examples for us with their excellent competences and outstanding performance, and explained the power of persistence. We hope that they will continue to contribute to the development of CSP for a shared better future.

A five-year period is enough for a new employee to grow into the backbone of the company. Our new employees play an important role in various positions at CSP, providing strong support for our stable development. Their work attitude, professional skills and team spirit keep us motivated. Each of us should learn from their excellent qualities and outstanding performance. Their determination and courage in the face of difficulties, as well as their perseverance and resilience in coping with challenges, keep our team moving forward. We hope that they will continue to maintain their outstanding performance in the future and make greater achievements for CSP’s development.
