Chengdu Metro Project Team Conducting Special Rectification Activities Adhering to the Guidance of “Working Diligently to Promote New Trends”

In the blink of an eye, we are in the third month of 2022 Q3. The Chengdu Metro Security Inspection Project Team of the Track Department of the Company, under the guidance of the working principle of “working diligently to promote new trends”, carried out the “Wolf Hunting 2022” special rectification activities in strict accordance with the requirements of the Rail and Bus Office of Chengdu Public Security Bureau.

Launched on June 26, 2022, the three-month activities by the Rail and Bus Office of Chengdu Public Security Bureau is mainly conducted in coordination with the Ministry of Public Security’s 100-day social security rectification campaign and is aimed at the prevention and crackdown of obscene public security incidents. The goals of the activities are to improve the public’s satisfaction and security, improve corporates’ sense of responsibility, and reduce public security incidents. The main tasks are to crack down on street crimes, fights and other illegal cases. The Project Team attaches great importance to and actively participates in this activity. According to the requirements of the Responsibility Letter of Special Rectification Activity, the Project Team formulated the corresponding work focuses and plans, and established a leader group for the “Wolf Hunting 2022” special rectification activities, with Wang Heniu, general manager of the Chengdu Project Team serving as the group head, line managers and deputy managers as the deputy group head, and team leaders as the members. After the establishment of the leader group, several online video conferences have been held to introduce and study the “Wolf Hunting 2022” special rectification activities. The leaders group arranges tasks regularly to ensure that the special rectification activities are well organized, arranged, advanced and effectively implemented. All staff are required to get to know all kinds of “police reports” in real time, and to cooperate with the work of all detachments and stations. By forming a “five-in-one” joint management mechanism, we have comprehensively strengthened the management and control of public transportation security and order, and effecively reduced cases such as obscenity events and taking photos of others stealthly. At the same time, the specialized leader group signed the letter of responsibility with the management at all levels to clarify their responsibilities and the rectification work within their respective scope of management. The responsibility letter clearly states that the completion of the targets and tasks is to referenced to during the year-end performance review, promotion and salary rise, which is aimed to form a strong organizational guarantee.
